This is the shake that my gym, 212° Fitness, recommends.
- 1.5 c Coconut Milk (I recommend So Delicious Unsweetened Vanilla)
- 2 c Frozen Stawberries
- 30 g Syntha-6 Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla Ice Cream Flavor)
- Throw it all in the Blendtec, hit the smoothie button (layer milk then powder then berries).
Don't let it sit for too long or something deplorable happens to the protein and it becomes sour. We tried to make this up the night before an early morning trip to the airport.
