Your ability to lose weight will directly correlate to your ability to cook for yourself. Before I did my first clean eating sprint I didn’t cook a thing. This is one of the best classes I took to help me on my way.

Basic Knife Skills › Salt Lake Culinary Center

This is the knife that I use daily: Zwillilng J.A. Henckels Twin Four Star 8-Inch High Carbon Stainless-Steel Chef’s Knife. I’ve looked at others, including the Shun, but I prefer the way the bolster fits my middle finger on the Henckel.
